Gas safety checks are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, electrical installations inspected to current standards, and EPC renewals arranged before expiry. We coordinate access with tenants and send you the certificates — so your property stays lettable and your risk stays low.

Calendar tracking and reminders are included in the monthly management fee. Certificate costs are those of the certified engineer, passed through at cost with documents attached.
