What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, property location and type, and your message. We store your cookie preference locally in your browser. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to administer your management agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us sooner. Client records are kept for the duration of the management agreement and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion, at any time: email info@daisy-homes.org. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority.
